WHY WE ARE BETTER!
Before the concrete is poured we double bottom plate the bottom of the building in treated lumber. This technique gives you the best finish and seal from water intrusion and air gaps.
We only use engineered posts and we run our framing between walls and the posts. This gives you totally flat walls inside and out. When we walk away, your project is ready for electrical and insulation.
No additional framing needed!
We sheet all walls, roofs and exteriors in house wrap over plywood and then add the siding of your choice. This gives your building rigidity and the best air seal.
We box all eves to give your project the high end appearance you crave.
